3812 Bistro @ Lakeside Resort is proud to have executive chef Mitchell Smith lead our culinary team. After an exciting career in the Army, Mitchell moved on to pursue his culinary passion in the western US. Gaining proficiency in a variety of dining and culinary styles, he returned to his native Schuyler county.
Mitchell’s passion for the area and its local farms, along with a blending of international cuisine styles makes for a unique and tasty farm to table experience served at the 3812 Bistro.
