Growing up in the Finger Lakes Colin quickly recognized his passion for the culinary arts. With his degree from the New England Culinary Institute, Colin enjoyed a variety of epicurean ventures furthering his depth of expertise.
Now, Colin enjoys bringing back his farm-to-table foundations at the 3812 Bistro @ Lakeside Resort, pairing his thoughtful creations with regional craft beer and wines.
